Marketing & Digital Communications Coordinator
The primary purpose of this position is to support the Marketing Manager and the Executive Director with implementation of successful strategies and activities for communications and promotions to our community, including audiences, sponsors, donors, industry professionals, students and performers.
The candidate will work closely with the Executive Director with responsibilities for assisting across a range of activities including fundraising and sponsorship events, liaising and communicating with key stakeholders including sponsors, donors and other partners, donor database management and tracking, and preparation of summary reports around philanthropy and sponsorship.
Business & Operations Manager
The Business & Operations Manager is an important role reporting to the Executive Director and also working closely with the Artistic Director. This role requires exceptional organisational ability, as well as superior interpersonal skills in order to cultivate and maintain productive relations with our team, performers, industry partners, volunteers, and colleagues. The Business & Operations Manager is the 2IC position for SOSA supporting the Executive Director and running the day-to-day operations across the company and its productions.
